my best friend just arrived in eudio.

[ the door is, just as she told him, open. The flat itself isn't really anything special - it's pretty much the basic place they gave her - but she's already taken to decorating a few bits of key furniture with glitter. Classy glitter, though. It's not tacky. It's never tacky; it's Isabelle Lightwood. She's amazing.

[ And in the meantime, she's just hanging out on the couch, curled up around a large, sequin-covered cushion as she texts other people, waiting for her brother to show up. ]

[ the one thing bellamy hadn't taken seriously was the bet between he and raven involving darts. but he figures she did — or she chose to make it something more than a joke, perhaps for the sole purpose of embarrassing him later. the thing is: raven had taken the time to set this up, and so bellamy figures it's only right that he follows through for her. tracking down isabelle lightwood is easy. thinking of how to approach her is a hell of a lot harder. ]

[ in his opinion, valentine's day is a bullshit day, but he has a feeling people place value onto it because they wish to feel appreciated. the thing is, bellamy believes that should be a given, something you do every day to show you appreciate someone. knowing he's been pretty bad at it when it comes to isabelle, he figures it isn't a bad thing to take the opportunity of what today represents to show her he appreciates her taking the time to teach him how to play darts — and be his friend. ]
